You have it. I have it. You work for it, and I work for it. We both work our butts off to make it grow. That is right you have guessed it, it is MONEY. Money is what this world is based on. It takes away our hunger and allows us to place a roof on our heads. In our contemporary world, money runs the world. Though power may also have to do with it a lot but money is what drives us to some of the most craziest things we never thought we would do like, strip, become a gigolo or a prostitute (we are all adults here). The question is not how you earn money, rather what you do with it. A college student may spend it on his tuition or books, or a worker may grows it in his bank and savings account for future purposes.
The main problem though is that now a days people have gotten so insecure of their money that they do not think twice before spending it on practically anything they know that they do not need. It is understandable that a family person may delay to pay off his student loans in order to pay for the house he is living in but the question is what sort of house is he living in. Is it this great 3000-4000 sq. ft. house that he recently bought thinking that from now on his career is going no where but up, unfortunately he gets laid off after a year because of some reason. Now he will go into further debt with his student loans and probably will fall back on his payments too for the house. The person should have known that he shouldn't have bought that house because their were other priorities before it. It is this type of thinking that has led us to another recession and one which will last a while.
My main point in this post is that people have to think twice where they are spending there money. If you are falling behind your payments and into debt then you need to cut off some "luxuries" you might have entitled yourself to like cable, HDTV etc. You gotta save every penny you can given this current economy. If you keep saving then that savings before you know it will amount to a lot of money. Please do not waste your money, save it. Your future is more important then the 2 minute luxuries you can have.
